                      温控器是电热水器的主要的部件,有了它便可以实现自动通断,始终在预设温度范围内加热。那么电热水器的工作原理和接线方法,大家都知道吗?

                      电热水器温控器工作原理

                      电热水器温控器用铜的金属片制作程度触点,因为铜对热涨冷缩比较敏感所以在温度没有到达设定值的时候,铜金属片是弯曲的形状,这时它的触点是闭合接通的。在水加热到设定的温度时水的热量会传导到温控器中的铜片上面铜片因为受热伸直就将触点弹开成断电状态。在温度下降的时候铜片又恢复到原来的状态使触点接通成通电加热状态.。

                      电热水器温控器怎么接线

                      电热水器温控器分不同厂家不同系列不同型号的,接线的时候不能机械照搬,同样温控器又分接不同探头,可对应温控器查阅温控器的说明书,或者在温控器上的仪表说明中会有标记,说明该温控器使用何种探头。探头不分常开常闭,其实都是电阻性质,分不同材质的,分不同温度控制。

                      温控器的接线主要有三种:热电偶接线,输出接线或叫控制接线,温度补偿电阻接线;输出分电压输出、电流输出、开关量输出等,控制接线可有一组或两组或三组区分。探头也叫热电偶或温度传感器。123接热电阻(3线制)23接热电偶中接零,相接火(220V)高,总,低就是控制触点了,如果要外接220V继电器扩流,总接相,低接继电器一端。继点器另一端接到中上。别忘了将低和中断开(默认是短接的好像)
